2025 Missouri Senior & Spring Open

Format: 4-round Standard Swiss, Game/60m + 5s time delay in 2 Sections:

• Senior: Official Missouri Qualifier for the 8th Annual John T. Irwin
  National Tournament of Senior State Champions
  • Limited to Missouri residents who are/will be age 50+ by July 28, 2025
  • Overall prizes: $500-1st / $300-2nd / $150-3rd
  • Class prizes: $100-1st in each U1800, U1500
  • Top finisher based on tiebreaks will earn Irwin invitation
• Open:
  • Overall Prizes: $400-1st / $250-2nd / $125-3rd.
  • Class Prizes: $100-1st in each U2000, U1600, U1200
• Prizes based on 60 total entries
• Total number of players will be capped at 100, so please register early!

On-site Registration: 8:30-9:30 am.

Round Times: 10:00 am, 12:45 pm, 3:00 pm, 6:00 pm

Entry fee: $50.00 if pre-registered by 6pm 5/28, $60.00 on site.

Byes: Maximum one 1⁄2-point bye, must be declared by round 2.

Venue Info: Tournament on top floor—enter through south side door (from Orleans
St.). Go straight up the stairs (or use elevator located off first right)

Memberships: USCF-available on site; MCA membership required for MO
residents, available on site from $5, Other States Accepted.
