DESCRIPTION:New Player friendly tournament! \nNovice Championship: Players rated Under 1000 or Unrated are eligible. \nRounds: G/45 d;5. Each player gets 45 minutes with a 5 second time delay. \nRound Times: Saturday – 10am\, 12:15pm\, 2:15pm\, 4:30pm\nRounds are paired using “swiss”system. Players play all four rounds\, no eliminations. \nEntry Fee: $15 pre-registered by 6pm 11/8. Or $20 on site the day of the event. You\nmay register and pay Online with Paypal. Payment to www.paypal.me/mochess.\nPlease include Name and USCF ID # in the notes.
