DESCRIPTION:New Player friendly tournament! \nNovice Championship: Players rated Under 1000 or Unrated are eligible. \n  \nRounds: G/45 d;5. Each player gets 45 minutes with a 5 second time delay. \nRound Times: Saturday – 10am\, 12:15pm\, 2:15pm\, 4:30pm\nRounds are paired using “swiss”system. Players play all four rounds\, no eliminations. \nEntry Fee: $20 pre-registered by 9pm 11/5. Or $25 on site the day of the event. You\nmay register and pay Online at https://mochess.tournamentsignup.com . Cash & Credit\nCards accepted onsite. 1 half bye permitted if requested at registration. \nUSCF and Missouri Chess membership is required.
