DESCRIPTION:This event is open to qualifying players in grades 9-12.\nIt is a 4 round\, Game in 60\, USCF Rated which determines\nthe Denker High School Tournament Representative \nQualification: Players may qualify for the event at the State Scholastic Championships\nheld in Columbia on March 7th\, or players may qualify by USCF Rating. \n\n— State Qualifier: Players who score 3 points or more on Boards One or Two\, and\nplayers who score 3.5 points or more on Board Three and Board Four qualify for the\nTournament.\n— Rating: Any High School Player with a USCF rating over 1000 is automatically\nqualified to participate. \nEntry Fee: $10 \nRounds: Game in 60\, delay 5\, Round times: 10am\, 12:30\, 2:45\, 5pm \nPrizes:\nState Champion Trophies to top 3 finishers. \nThe overall winner will be named the 2026 Missouri Scholastic Champion\, and is invited\nto represent Missouri in the Denker Tournament of Champions\, held August 2025. \nRegistration: Preregistration by email appreciated. All Payments on site. Check-in\nSaturday 9 – 9:45am. DESCRIPTION:Rolling Hills Library is proud to host our third annual chess tournament! \nThe tournament will consist of three sections\, two for USCF rated play and one open to anyone. There is no registration fee for any section. Each section will have 4 rounds\, Swiss style. Doors open at 9am for those not yet registered and the first round is set begin at 10am. Please arrive early to check in.
