DESCRIPTION:• REGISTRATION: Advanced registration is strongly encouraged and will be available at www.mochess.org starting February 22. The deadline for advanced registration is 9:00 pm\, Thursday\, March 5. On-site tournament registration will be from 8:30 am to 9:30 am on the day of the tournament for an additional fee. \no Those who pre-register and pre-pay can skip the check-in line the morning of the event! \n• ELIGIBILITY: All students in kindergarten through grade twelve (K-12) who attend school in Missouri are eligible to participate. \n• FORMAT: \n\nHIGH SCHOOL DIVISION: Students grades nine (9) through twelve (12) are eligible. Each school may enter any number of four-player teams and a partial team. The best player on each team should be assigned to Board One\, the second best to Board Two\, and so forth. A school that enters only a partial team must assign the players to the highest boards. Schools that enter partial teams in addition to one or more full teams may assign additional players to any board. Players will only play those in their section (i.e.\, Board 1 players play only other Board 1\, Board 2 only Board 2\, and so forth).\n\n ROUND TIMES: 10:30\, 1:00\, 3:30\, and 6:00. DESCRIPTION:Parkade Center\, Lower Level \n  \nThe tournament is open to all girl players\, grades K-12.\nHosted by the Missouri Chess Association. \nThe tournament will be a 4 round\, Game in 60 USCF Rated event. \nQualification: All Female players currently in Kindergarten through 12th grade\, are\nwelcome to play. USCF membership is required. \nRounds: G/60 d;5. Round Times: 10\, 12:30\, 2:45\, 5. Later rounds will start early\nif possible \nEntry Fee: $5 \nPrizes:\nState Champion Trophies to top 3 Overall.\nTrophy to Top scorer in K-8\, and Top scorer in K-5.\nThe overall winner will be the 2019 Missouri All Girls Champion\, and will be\noffered Missouri’s spot in the annual NGIT (National Girls Invitational\nTournament)\, held in August 2019. The NGIT is an invitational only tournament\nrun by the USCF\, with each state selecting one representative. \nRegistration: Preregistration by email appreciated. Check-in\nSaturday 9 – 9:45am. Include Name\, grade\, and USCF ID# to\nbdhowe@yahoo.com \nTournament is run concurrently with the High School Denker tournament and the\nColumbia Open tournament.
