DESCRIPTION:Springfield Open \nDate: November 4th-5th\, 2017 \nLocation: Drury University\nTrustee Science Center — Reed Auditorium\n900 N Benton Ave\nSpringfield\, MO 65802 \nCo-hosted by the Drury Chess Club\, Joplin Chess Club and Springfield Park Board Chess Club \nOPEN \nFormat: 5 round Swiss\, Game in 90 with 30 second increment  (G/90\,+30)\, regular rated\nOne 1/2 point bye available if requested before the beginning of round 3 \nRound Times: Sat 10:00\, 2:30\, 7:00; Sun 9:30\, 2:00. \nEntry Fee: $30 if registered by 11/3\, $40 on site: $10 discount to current Drury Chess Club and SPBCC members. Scholastic (rating only) $15 by 11/3\, $25 at door. $5 discount to current Drury Chess Club and SPBCC members. MCA membership required for MO residents; available on-site\, from $5 \nPrizes: $500 prize fund based on 25 non-scholastic entries.
